Refund Policy

The short version: we don't want to take your money until you're sure this is the right tool for you.

1. Try before you buy

Every copy of Novl.Studio comes with a full-featured 30-day free trial, no card required. We'd genuinely prefer you use the trial. It's the best refund policy we have. License options and current prices are on our pricing page.

2. The refund window

If you purchase a license and change your mind, email us atsupport@novl.studiowith your order number. Refunds are available until you activate your license, or for up to 14 days after purchase if the license has not been activated, whichever comes first. Once a license has been activated, no refund is possible. You don't need to give a reason, though if something didn't work we'd love to know.

3. What happens after a refund

Your license key is deactivated. Your project files are on your own computer and are unaffected — export anything you need before or after; the trial-and-export path always remains open to you.

4. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd., and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. The fine print

We may decline refunds that appear to abuse the policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Statutory refund rights in your country are unaffected by anything on this page.
